Month Of Planning
Our month of planning, The Tulip Package, was created for the bride who needs a little help tying up loose ends and finishing up her design process. It offers design, styling and planning services. We begin with our signature first meeting to discuss your event details, wish list and visions. We then do an onsite walk through of your venue to visualize your design more in depth. Once we return to our office we will begin a proposal for layout, decor applications and help you fill in any missing pieces to your event design including flowers, linens, lighting, etc.
We will offer advice throughout the planning process, create a timeline and production schedule, lead a walk through with all vendors, assist in your processional creation, coordinate your rehearsal and ceremony, manage vendors the day of, direct the event and aid in set up and breakdown. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the memory.
Includes:
- Unlimited phone and email communication prior to the event
- Up to 5 planning sessions including two walk-throughs
- Hiring and management of all vendors still needed
- Review of vendor contracts
- Provide a customized budget worksheet
- Customized event timeline
- Provide a wedding checklist and tips folder for bride
- Wedding Design including a design proposal
- Rehearsal coordination and preparation
- Direction of the bridal party throughout the wedding day
- Onsite management and coordination of all wedding vendors
- Oversee vendor load-ins/set up/breakdown
- Assist in transporting wedding gifts to vehicle or hotel room
- Coordinate grand exits (sparklers, bubbles, petal toss)
